Meditate Study at Rivlin Medical Group

Currently the Rivlin Medical Group in collaboration with The University of Toronto Department of Family and Community Medicine, Bridgepoint Active Health (Sinai Health System), and participant centers across Ontario are working to show the impact of Meditation as a source of pain relief. The objective is to assess the role of Sahaj Samadhi Meditation (SSM) compared to an active control, Health Enhancement Program (HEP) in a 12-week RCT in patients with chronic pain. The study is ongoing and the effects of meditation on chronic pain have been promising.
